Does anybody think we need to get some more friendlys going? I was thinking a few moe before this cup would be good, before we all disperse. What night do you all think we should hold them on?

It would be fun, but I think Lynx wants an easy match. As in, a match were you don't have to be in the ED team and anyone can play. If we play against AWOL, and we realistically want to beat them, we'd need all our best players, we'd need to practice, and we'd need to lay out tactics. Lynx probably wants something were you just jump in and shoot rather than think of the tactical side.

Why don't you guys put down teams or players that you know who might want to participate in a friendly match. When a BF2 admin spots this then they can act to organise a match agianst these teams.
Also try to get some conversation with other teams. Go to their websites invite them to come and post on THN and keep the gaming community flowing.
Participate in the running instead of piling on the work for us. It will make our lives easier and hopefully we can organise more for you.

Its probably best to let you all know whats in the pipeline at the moment.
Confirmed:
1. 5v5 ED infantry cup
2. Mega-war 48 player friendly
Not confirmed:
3. A ladder match has to be played within the next 3 weeks, opponents unknown as yet
4. A friendly against a very well organised clan called =BOX=
5. A friendly against a great bunch off guys called -INF-
6. More ladder match's in the near future. The league will probably not restart until september.
7. More Public nights
Also..A bigger turn out for the few practice nights we have would be great.
Please do not moan about lack of friendlys or league match's, these things do take a lot of time and effort to organise
We would be very hard pushed to field a good 12v12 side at the moment, with all the exams and holidays taking place
As always, ideas are more than welcome
