Friendliness issues in the guild

For the last few weeks I've noticed a lot more griping, bitching and general unfriendliness creeping into the guild. Yes some members sometimes do things that annoy us - if they do then point it out politely to them. If that does not resolve the issue then bring it up with the guild officers and we will deal with it. The griping/bitching/moaning is also quite prevelent on TeamSpeak.

If we want to both keep our existing members and attract new members who are fun to play with then this has to stop NOW.

I personally will be taking a bit of a break from WoW due to the incessent unpleasantness of the experience right now. Yes this will leave you without a guild leader for a while - so be it. I am not prepared to spend what few hours I have each evening for R&R listening to people bitch and moan (either at me or about issues that they could resolve themselves if they tried).

You know who you are and you know what you have done, sort it out and maybe we will make this guild a fun place to be again.

I personally have never had much problem with this behaviour that you've mentioned, apart from sometimes one of the new recruits turns out not to be such a good person and ends up very annoying (ref: Jasper), but otherwise it always seems to be very few and far between incidents of irritation. Guess they must be happening when I'm offline (which is much more often than before, at the moment... damned lectures taking up WoW time :P )

I don't think Blizzard's gonna give you a choice... 36 hours extended downtime.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure anyone?
