Future of The Haven

Recently we have lost several good people because of the way the guild has been recently; people are unwilling to help out, and seem to sit around doing pretty much sod all. When there are requests in-guild for groups to various instances or for help with various quests, the people asking almost never get anyone to help. End result? Some great people in the guild have left, and I'm getting fed up with it all.

The Haven is meant to be a community guild where people help each other out, but that seems to not be happening, and if we continue to have problems, then I am going to have to take one of two courses of action:

1. Focus more on the community side of things. Boot everyone who doesn't contribute or who I feel belong in the community. Encourage everyone to help each other out more, and penalise those who do nothing to help others in the guild.

2. Focus more on the end-game side of things. Drive people harder to work on Heroic Keys and Karazhan attunement, run frequent raids (old or new, whichever), and make people who don't aid the guild in this choose between helping and leaving.

To be honest, I don't want to have to take either course of action, but if people continue to not help out or contribute to the guild in anyway and we continue to flounder like this, then it's going to have to be what we do.

Think on it a little.

I can't complain so far, as I have been lucky enough to get help from people regarding both Zaggu and my lovely ganking alt, and have no problems helping out people (especially against cowardly grouped up corpse-campers and the like, which absolutely wreck everyone's fun).
I'd like to alert that people do need to group up and help one another regarding instances - especially in non-Outland instances, now that people simply rush to level 58 and it makes it hell for people who want to experience Azeroth game content.

*Coughs and tries to look important, which probably wont gonna work out*

The people who have left, have been very good, and its shame that theyve left... Ive been chatting with some persons, and one "think/idea" was that guild doesnt have (was it propaganda? or something like that). And yes, like Zooggy have said, getting groups for UBRS, LBRS, Scholo, Stratt, is pain in ass. Lol, how that last belongs to that? Anyway my suggestion would be to create (*Spins hand, tries to emote What word it was again) for the guild. Though, i have to say it, not any bad or anything like meaning bad etc. if enough of "old members" leave, i wont be here aswell. Pack of new blood wont fix one old... Hope it wont happen, lets just see what future brings.
