Our TF2 server is roaring along. It probably helps that it was one of the first to be upgraded for the Spy and Sniper update but since then it has been flying!
See a little widget from Game Monitor to show Prom running well:
Still, given that's really kicked off we're doing some behind the scenes work to ensure that we can keep it up. Invisibly to most of you, a new forum and set of usergroups have dropped into place today that will allow the Game Admins to have their very own private place to talk about server configurations and such. We are, of course, still very interested to hear what you guys n gals have to say on the matter but we need a place to store potentially fairly sensitive configuration stuff and publicly doesn't look like a good place.
However, if it comes to banning people then that will be done publicly so that each ban can be viewed and challenged. For the moment, Hey Admins is the place for all that but we may push that around depending on the kind of use it gets or needs.
As per usual, if you've got requests for the server then either an appropriate thread in Games Chat or one in Hey Admins is easily your best route. PMs, conversely, tend to get lost (especially as they end up with only one admin... more on that a bit later).
Right, back to it!
