GEM issue

Oddly, I can see all the members, but no events.

Any idea A) what's going on, and B) who I should talk to about it?

Hey Aesh,

I'm not sure why you don't see all the events. Though make sure that you have the following done.

Only 1 channel on your channel list and this should read "guild" (without quotes). Once you have added that channel remove all unrequired channels. I.E them all.

Give it a monent to sync or even restart wow altogether to get the events cleared down.

Also best to set it to server time in the options so you know when exactly the events are on at.

Added myself to Gruuls again after I was "removed" again yesterday. Issues with GEM also. I'll keep adding myself as and when I remember.

strange, I saw you on GEM last night. You and eleifsha were entry 20/21 I think.

Whats your version of GEM?

I'll check, having a few cache issues atm with WoW so it may be related i.e. it forgets my plugin settings after I shut it down each time (like its read only).

In the meantime I'll probably just fall back to pm'ing who ever organises the event to let them know I've signed up.

Tis not an issue, I've gotten over myself with getting mad for signing up for events and getting dropped.

ah so it may be cache related. It would maybe explain why it has happened so often. As I'm sure nobody has been deleting you from events. Its not something we would do. As you are a valued member of any raid.

Hopefully you can get it sorted.

My problem's solved. My PC clock was incorrect, and so GEM decided all the events were in the far past.
