Sounds interesting.... :D Cmon what happened.

I went to Glasto 2002 with a friend of mine. Got up at 3am on the Friday, got there for about 4.30, set up camp, got a couple of hours sleep then me and my friend went off to see what we could find.

Coldplay were headlining the main Pyramid stage that night at 11pm, playing for the first time EVER ANYWHERE their brand new stuff for the album A Rush of Blood to the Head, which is the one that really propelled them upwards in the music industry. at about 9.30 pm, my and my friend decide to have a nap before coldplay starts, and she sets her alarm to wake herself up. She wakes up at 10.45, then claims that she tried to wake me up and that she couldn't wake me up.

I have no recollection of her trying to wake me up at all and when I wake up at 11.40ish to find that the gig is in full swing and we're missing it i was a bit gutted :/

We were within earshot though so we decided to just sit down and listen from where we were...

My friends haven't let me off since.

Ah that's not too bad, thought you were going to say all your stuff got nicked or something :D.

We have signed up for the preregistration, so will probably go (trying to take a good photo for it was funny, but you work with what you got :))

Never been and Artash went in 1997 so 10 year anniversary for her :D.

Who's playing? I wanted to go T in the Park but its all indie shiter bands, and Snow 'wheres the melody gone?' Patrol. Muse and Radiohead were suppoed to be playing, but that myth was soon confined to the rubbish heap :( If Radiohead and Muse are playing glasto I might have to go on an AK rampage.

They are not saying much at the moment. The "confirmed" bands at the moment are The Who, Artic Monkeys and The Killers.

Although on their website it says.

Anything you read about confirmed performances at Glastonbury 2007 is speculation and rumour. Many, many exciting discussions are underway which should give Glastonbury 2007 the best line-up anywhere in the world. No announcement about the line up will be made by the Festival before tickets go on sale.

well you can always opt out, they have a few scenes to choose from so to speak. and the line-up is far from finished :)
