Would i be welcome in teh haven if i came back to SSL? (i think my warrior is in at the moment...someone wanna check for me? ...although my warrior might of been kicked due to inactiveness..)

Of course you would be welcome... All people are welcome. Unless said person is a tube. But hopefully you arent a tube and are therefore welcome

anything really. Though when we do guild raids we normally (lately anyway) have been short on either a tank or a DPS

We're a little short on Shamans and Mages at 70...

These days we've got quite a few up-and-coming 70 tanks who mostly need proper gearing. Given how long warrior takes to level it might be best to pick some sort of hybrid capable of filling multiple roles, like a paladin, so you could spec tank or healer depending on what's required when you've finished levelling

To be honest, one of our major problems is healers. In Kara, we're fine on tanks; Kershan's tanking gear is awesome enough for him to be able to off-tank anything in the entire instance, and I believe he even main-tanked Moroes... without ever having spec'd Prot.

Thing with healers is that with one exception, all of our regular healers have other characters that aren't healers that they wish to bring along quite often; Baldilocks has Rumproast, Sunlay has Veshi, and I have Lithaella. More healers wouldn't hurt, that's for sure.

But at the end of the day "play what is fun" overrides all else.

She's pretty much my main now as regards raiding; Raz and Dorakh are on standby if DPSers are needed and we're OK for healers...

Well, mine's only 4 levels off Outland now.. should be hitting 70 in no time at this rate. Not sure if I'm going to stay Balance or go Resto.. Probably going to be Balance for a time, at least while I accumulate some nice healing gear. After all, a less-effective DPSer is less of a problem than a healer who can't keep up.
