Guild Wars Event #7 Discussion

Greetings!

This, in case it had never occured to you, is the discussion thread for the latest of our Friday night Guild Wars events - Jungle Japes!

To briefly summarise, we are hoping to deal with the last two Maguuma Jungle missions - Bloodstone Fen and Aurora Glade - and then either continue on into Kryta or do some sidequests. The choice, my friends, is entirely your own.

This week I'm probably ok for moving this up to 22:00 or 22:30 if that makes it easier for everyone else?

i'm playing with a load of mates and are going to be playing on Fri so they'll need me for a while but we're starting at about 8 so a couple of hours should get them well on the way so i should be able to jump over to you guys later on without too many problems.

depending on how things pan out i may be on my laptop so i'll let you know as and when i do

also you may see some of my mates hanging round the guild, don't worry they only bite a little

Ok, so I managed to get through Divinity Coast last night, but I wasn't able to go any further. I'll try to be on as early as possible in order to get caught up.

looks like i'll be taking the laptop over to the sci-fi flat for some GW with 6 or so others when i get back from work, so unless i can make my headset work with my mic then i think i'll be ears only tonight

Another good bit of late night Guild Wars action was had on Friday, with us successfully managing to deal with the final two Maguuma Jungle missions. We did get into a bit of a muddle in Aurora Glade, but managed to complete the mission and bonus eventually. A breakdown of communication meant we didn't get the bonus in bloodstone fen, but now that we know what we're supposed to do (or NOT do *cough*) it should be easy to handle on our own.

It was excellent having four bodies for a change, hopefully we'll be able to have that resource of manpower for the rest of our events. Speaking of which, I'll get down to making next week's event as soon as possible.
