Had a very wierd bug today

In the middle of a quest where I had to

follow some guys diary route to find some old ruins,

my character suddenly stops being able to move. When I press any of the movement keys, my character drifted very slowly down the hill I was on.

I didn't pick up anything so I wasn't over-weight, there were no spells acting on me, my keyboard was working (was able to open the menu), and I can't think of any other possibility.

Loading an earlier save game didn't get rid of the problem, but restarting the game did. Odd huh?

That's happened to me before, twice in seperate locations. I would just suddenly grind to a halt and using the forward key would make my character move at a snails pace. Reloading a save would solve the problem for me though...

Yeah this happened to me as well apart from it only happened after I Alt-Tabed out of the game and went back to it. I also had to restart the game

After a zillion hours on the 360 I can say this has never happened to me .
