The whole point of gorillaz is that there are no "real" people . Although of course you might have seen the "voices" in some other capacity

Well, what I can tell you is that the Voice of 2D (Vocals) is technically the only band member who is actually one person. He is voiced by Damam Albarn (The lead singer from Blur and Gorillaz co-creator with cartoonist Jamie Hewlett (The guy who made tank girl amoung other things)). Murdoc, the bass player, is also voiced by Daman but the guy who plays the bass for the band is called Sean Hartnel.

Noodle has been voiced on more than one occasion by Miho Hatori from a Japaneese band called Cibo Matto. Miho also played accoustic-classical on the single Feel Good Inc. althought I think this is teh only time she played Guitar as Noodle. I personally consider Miho to be noodle as much as I consider Damn to be 2D. Russel the drummer is a variety of people. The guy who used to play the drums is called Dan the Automater, he also was the bands producer. This role has been taken over by DJ Dangermouse. However, the rap form Clint Eastwood (Which was Russel) was a guy who goes by the name of Del teh Funky Homosapien. He was also voiced in one of the vidoes by a random guy who I forget the name of

GUI = Amazing. I was trying to figure out how maddona walked behind one of the guys from gorillaz for ages, haha!

However, I hate gorrilaz. I hate the fact that all of their gigs actually is just a bunch of lame characters who represent them. Its all a hype.
