Help me fix my life

Please help me, I'm at the end of my tether. On windows vista, how do I set it so that when I download a file, i can CHOOSE where it is saved rather than it automatically going into the pointless 'downloads' folder and me having to move it seperately. I am using Firefox.

tools -> options -> main -> Downloads box -> always ask where to save

btw it has nothing to do with Vista - it's a Firefox setting, which Iron Fist already mentioned up there
