Of course it isn't healthy! You've seen how many of those Pygmy Oil things Ari knocks back each raid! 
What worries me most about them is apparently the obviously female voodoo-pygmy-gnome thingy apparently counts as male; if you have the "Matron" title from Children's week, it changes to Patron in that form, then back again afterwards when it wears off. Gender-bending growth-stunting fish? Must be GM food!
