Just realised the hotel im in has free internet access so I thought I would drop by to say hi!
In Hong Kong at the min but heading to Shanghai tomorrow. Place is amazing!

Go to a bar, get everybody inside aglass of Baijiu, and loudly chant "Cambai".
If you're lucky, you can see some of them faint.

For those of you who don't get it, Baijiu is a 60% alcohol drink, chanting cambai (don't know the western spelling) will make everyone drink their glasses at once. Chinese, being weird people, drink Baijiu from lemonade glasses, and they fully fill them.

I believe it is spelled "Ganbei" in Taiwan/China(unless memory is failing massively ) and means "Dry glass" (Best way to toast if you ask me*giggles*)
