I hate how these videos always make the fight look so simple, I blame the backing tracks, if they used the actual TS chat going on during the fight Im sure it would seem much more hectic

Can't see the vid at work but rest assured I have looked this up and have viewed a vid of some sort on youtube (so this may be the same one) for doing this encounter and I am now much more knowledgeable about it

It is pointed out in the video at one point that they spread the raid out around Leo so that he doesnt go as far on the whirlwind, as he constantly switches targets so ends up spinning in a circle. That might not have been the case with you guys, I wasnt there so I wouldnt know, but I'd figure that might be why...

Might of been a lot of shamens putting down their totems. He can target them and if you have them in the middle it brings him back into the centre alot more. Think it's the ones that fire a fireball at him (Magma Totem?)

Searing is correct, Magma is our pulse AoE totem. Searing is the standard fire totem dropped for any non-ele shaman (for eles its our 41 point talented Totem of Wrath giving 3% spell hit and crit).

Theres a fair few bosses that will target totems, I believe Archi is also meant to for the fires, as well as Rage for his iceblocking...

This is the video that I have watched - this is the fight from the perspective of the warlock tank rather than a Mage... If we're gonna do Leo again at the weekend this is how I'd like to try it
