i broke it again

after i downloaded 4.0.1 it was good till i was trying to download an update patch or something like 4-5 days after that.
when i try to download it it says the game is broken and that i need to repear it, so im just going to reinstall the full game i think. or is thare a better way to do it?

best way to do it is probably to uninstall and then use the full client download from the blizz webblysite
