I need some software..

What I'm looking for is something that will put my PC on sleep after a certain time. For example, I frequently go to bed with the earphones on and music playing on my PC, but then my dad comes in and switches it off at the plug.

I'm afraid of this damaging my PC, so is there any software that will turn my PC off at say 02:00?

P.S I want it so that I have to activate it before it does it, I don't want to be randomly surfing and it'll shut down!

Can't you use the inbuilt power settings? Under screensaver and just set it when you go to bed?

Make a bat file and use the system scheduler to run it at a certain time. The bat file can do anything you like i.e. shut your computer down.
