I Series | Dignitas Fail o_O

Just been reading the multiplay I31 site, and was shocked to see that Dignitas did NOT win the BF2 tourney, they came second. What a surprise. If you don't know what the I Series is, or who Dignitas are, then google is your friend....

Go find enlightenment!

Also, this means that the I32 signups should soon be online! Who's going, whos interested? All questions following I will attempt to answer with bob, having been there at I29

**EDIT**
I32 is 09 November 2007 till 12 November 2007 and signups ARE now online!

It's a great laugh, this is all I have to say!

You could make an event for it in our calendar?

now THAT's an idea ;)

also, count me as interested. assuming transport for my rig can be arranged and funds can be generated in the requisite amount of time.

And, once such funda are generated, the availability of tickets at said time is a factor.

but count me in assuming all above conditions can be met :D

I have done already :P

just made this bit first :D

Also, for some reason there doesn't seem to be a book early discount enabled yet, so you might want to hang back a while. Gotta ring multiplay at lunch so I shall enquire then!

I say we all go for the Omega Sektor for a weekend, especially when we have freebies :D

That being said, I don't know how much effort it is going to be to get my PC up to I32, especially seeing as I need to reinstall XP, which I can't be bothered to do!

No, but my XP has now got to the point where it takes 10 minutes to load before I can do anything useful, and I know that the best way to fix that is a reinstall :) Aka, I've installed lots of crap, and it's Microsoft.

AKA, you can't look after your computer properly. Had the same XP install for 3 years and have NEVER had to re-install it because its getting slow.

Ever heard of msconfig?

Remove the crap from your startup and also remove the services that you dont need too. alot of apps nowadays install some kind of automatic updater service which runs in the background... and gets right on my tits. a simple untick of the checkbox stops it from happening and can sort your system right out.

Ever heard of laziness?

Really now bloke, you thought I didn't know about msconfig? :p And I do know how to look after my computer properly, I just choose not to due to laziness! Plus, there is little point me go through my Windows stuff AGAIN when I plan on either getting a completely new PC or at least buying a new, speedy harddrive due to my regular one being a slow PATA harddrive. I want SATA baby! And as you can get a 500Gb SATA driver for ~£50, I think that's more than worth it.

I'm presuming Reason won it in that case.
wouldn't have thought that would be possible, considering the thumping they took at i29 and i30. Very likely there will be a bob at i32.

come on folks with the discount its a bargain of doom and although there's an element of nooooo effort, but I can assure you all is it is soo totally worth it. Also plenty of free stuff bashing about at i series as well.

doesn't seem to be a discount atm bob!

I signed up earlier, and for EAS and the Attendance and it was ~
£80 if i remember, gonna ring up MPLAY tomorrow over lunch and find out if the pre discount has activated yet. I thought it was like £50 last year

nah with EAS it was £80.
the discount takes it to £60 but you then have the EAS.
there was some mention of a 20% for i32 at i31 so they might be doing it as a you have to have gone to the previous even thing.
however £80 is about right for event +EAS
