I'm posting this early as it is an August thing so as it's summer I want to get it sorted early. I've already paid for my ticket as I'm going even if I have to drag myself there on my arse.

i33 was a lot of fun and considering of all the i-series events I've been to I'd say it was the least well run as far as exhibitors were concerned it was made awesome by all the delicious THNers who were there. This will not be the case with i34. It's a 2000 BYOC LAN and a gargantuan exhibition section a truly epic event for the UK (yes we know dreamhack is better DocBot :p).

It's now at Stoneleigh park near Coventry thus much closer to all you up north types. The discount is on for 25% off until the 11th so get your cheap ticket now. All the other i-series goers will no doubt agree that this is going to be awesome. So book the days off work (over a weekend so you'll only need the 2) and get down to Stoneleigh for what is an awesome weekend.

Yes it is (10455 computers in the LAN last winter - I heard you had 1600@i33...). And I'm not even going there... Actually, DH is having a mini-lan in gothnburg during the annual science festival - with rock band, lectures etc. ASUS is going to break their own world record in overclocking, with an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 @ 5700MHz, cooled with liquid nitrogen. Should be fun. Expect reports next week :)

Well then, who needs five times as many attendees (including thousands of girls)?! Hell, the proper qualification by which to judge anything at all should be the proximity to Nanor et al, and the relative ease with which they could get there. :D

April 21st, by elbonio, in Announcements / Comment » In a flurry of last minute payments we’ve sold out of BYOC spaces at i34! We are entirely sold out - 2,000 seats in exactly a month since we launched. Insane.
The response we’ve had has gone so far beyond what we imagined, we’re fired up and excited about putting on the best LAN we’ve ever done this August. It will be an unforgettable and unmissable experience and 2,000 of you agree!
There are going to be people who are disappointed that they didn’t get a chance to buy a ticket in time - all is not lost however.
Our waiting list is now in operation and you need to get yourself onto it ASAP - you can do so by signing up and attempting to pay as normal. Instead of paying you will be put onto a waiting list in order. Those who cancel their place between now and August will give their place to the top person on the list and we will work our way down.
There is just under four months between now and the event there WILL be people who will cancel so get yourselves on the list and get on it quick, it’s first come first served.

I would appreciate if people sorted out their seating so that we can all get ourselves together and figure out who is actually coming so that we can begin to arrange travel/accomodation, etc.

yea - his booking isnt confirmed till he has paid. meaning if he doesn't hurry the hell up and get on the waiting list HE WONT GET A PLACE as priority is quite obviously given to those who have paid.

Was m16, myself and two mates are going together so nabbed m14 and m16 :D

Seems since they did that rejigger so that clans are more together, Ive been bumped down a seat, but Im still in that general area.

Where abouts are you lot?
