[i37] Seating Arrangements

Ok so I would like to propose the following seating arrangements, based on comments I have had so far...

I have control of everyone's seating except Huung and his 2 friends, so I can move most of you into such a formation when the space comes up.

If we end up with all 15 of us on a single row, then I propose that people are sat next to each other in the following order:

Tetsuo, Iron fist, Xarlaxas, Nanor, Ronin, Fury, Haven, Bob, Trax, Silk, Solemn, Me, Huung, Oblivion, Spicypixel

If we are split across two rows, with 7 and 8 seats, then I suggest the following arrangement, in order:

Row of 7: Tetsuo, Iron Fist, Xarlaxas, Nanor, Ronin, Fury, Haven
Row of 8: Bob, Trax, Silk, Solemn, Me, Huung, Oblivion, Spicypixel

If we are on two rows with 6 and 9 seats:
Row of 6: Bob, Trax, Nanor, Ronin, Fury, Haven
Row of 9: Tets, Iron Fist, Xarlaxas, Silk, Solemn, Me, Huung, Oblivion, Spicy


Comments? Suggestions?

Options 1 or 2 look best - 3'rd is a bit async so thats my only comment on that.

If the two rows are directly opposite each other, or near enough, then option two. Option 3 would be alright. From a purely selfish point of view, option one is my least favourite, because then I'm stuck out in the ass end of nowhere.

Also, I never knew you were coming, Haven. Yeeeeahhh, boy-eeee!

Sounds good. Except I'd like to sit right next to Haven and Nanor please. :)

But, basically, looks like a good plan given the layouts.

Ronin wants to sit between me and Haven? Do you know what you're getting into here?!

Also remember all the closer you are to me the closer you are to delicious cake.

I reckon the solution to this can be worked out through application of modelling techniques and simulation!

Plan 2 does seem alright, has me beside Iro, and opposite to Bloke sort of, though not near my precious Trax!

As it stands, Spicypixel, Oblivion and I are all sitting in a three atm, thanks to Xar and Pixel swapping seats a few days back. I'm fine sitting next to whoever, but would prefer a seating plan where we were spread evenly as poss over two rows (so option 2 I guess) so we can actually talk to one another without having to trek down the row.

Ok, option 2 looks good so I'm gonna try a land grab of row AC, moving the people from row AA there.

Based on the feedback I've had so far, I'm going to amend it so it is as follows:

Row of 7 (hopefully row AB): Fury Haven Ronin Nanor Bob Traxata Xarlaxas

Row of 8 (hopefully row AC): Iron_Fist Tetsuo Silk Solemn Thatbloke Huung Spicypixel Oblivion

Any more comments?

I'm going to start moving people's seats around now so don't be alarmed.

Also, Huung, if you and your two friends could give me control of your seat placement that would make things a little easier :D

EDIT: The seating plan is totally out of whack at the moment as I'm just trying a land grab, don't worry about that as I'm constantly checking it and trying to get the seats on row AC and row AB. I've asked the gents in AB1-AB3 to move to AA4-AA6, I've then also requested that the people who are sat on their own on row AC move off somewhere else for now. (seats AC2, AC5 and AC7).

EDIT2: swapped oblivion and spicypixel. Also another note, it's looking more like we'll have 8 on row AB so obviously these rows are interchangeable

hi guys!

Someone requested a seat move but liek you we have gone to sit opposit each other at the end of a row! 5 of us have been booked since day2 of the 6 and we would like to stay where we are!
