I would suggest for now, until we can confirm whether or not we can/can't get a clanbox that we attempt to get a back to back row on Berkshire first floor.

I've sat myself in B1-J10 for now, if we could do a "land grab" for seats that are both across from that and on the row to the back of that, that would be good :)

If you like, you can make me manager of your seat too (like last time). This will make it easier for us to do a mass-move if we need to.

EDIT: an additional note on clanboxes from the News post about the seat picker:

We also have Clan Boxes available, which seat 11, 22 or 44 players. These can be redeemed by applying for a Clanbox via our support system.
Once tickets have been placed into a Clan Box, they become non-refundable and cannot move individually out of the clanbox. Please ensure you are certain of your choice before requesting a clanbox!

These are allocated on a first requested first served basis, and must be exactly the number required.

My current plan is to have us all back to back on B1-J and B1-H, I'm going for a bit of a zigzag pattern at the moment.

We will try for a box, but if we don't get enough people or whatever then we have the backup plan.

Only thing about B1 is the huge skylight that permanently lets light in. And being near the food.

Gogo clanbox! :) Can we pick the boxes or are they allocated? Cos the same one as last time would be good :)

Those seats I think are underneath where the boxes are, so wont be directly shone upon by the skylight. Still more light than before though

Would be good to get a box, but we'll need to get people to donate enough to group book the other 11 tickets!

There are some interesting seats at the south end of B1 (rows S-T-U-V). I don't know what they're like but maybe we could turn one into our private area with 16 people if we had too. As long as it's not in front of that crap food place, is it?

Also I set "This guy" in charge of my seat.

As far as who I'm sat next to as long as it is the soton uni lot I'm happy, so Wol Edge Vibs and Alex for this next event. Is the only chance I get to see them all these days. Although being next to Trax is always good, that shiny blue power button is so inviting.

Will have been the first time in aaaaaaaages that we'll have had all 4 together!

Would be awesome to get us all there. We'd only need the Bennellick there and it'd be like the old days :D.

The chances of him going anywhere near a LAN is unlikely.

A bunch of extra seats have opened on the seat picker today so I've gone for a land grab on rows C/D on floor B1 for now (note: still going to look at getting a box with friends, etc, this is just in case we dont get a box).

I currently have control of the following people's seats:

solemn
silk
slidey

bob
3dge
alex
huung
velaphor
gombol
vibroaxe
notfred (vibs can you poke him and get him to set his clan tag up please)

if you aren't on that list or you know someone not on that list who should be sat with us then please move yourself to somewhere on B1 rows C or D, and/or give me control of your seat so I can do so. My current seat is B1-D10.

Please do not worry about who is sat next to who at this time, I'm just worrying about getting people in a place we can all sit together at the moment. We can worry about that later. (however, feel free to post up who you would prefer to be/not be sat next to, or PM me if you'd prefer not to state such things in public.)

Dunno whether I care that much about the window seats for there, as i dont think the windows open there.

anywhere near bob/vibs/edge/alex I'm happy with :)
