Basically CCP couldn't be bothered to bring back the events team proper so instead masked the beta-test for upcoming Incursions as the Sansha storyline.
If any of you have played it you'll know that it was hours of sitting around waiting for intel, then dozens of jumps to the system only to find everyone ganking everything in sight with no real organization, goals or rewards in mind.

Well I suspect that this expansion is an attempt to bring a measure of organisation to said chaos

It also wouldn't surprise me if you started getting Merc corps being hired to keep other people away so that people can keep all the loot/rewards for themselves...

Quite possibly, but no hint at a possibility as of yet to support Sansha - as what was tried by some during the live events. Clearly we can't add to the progression of the storyline in this case.

Yeah I'd hope we can continue to align with the Sansha. Was fun doing that

i have to say i'm really liking some of the CSM changes, esp. the being able to view fittings remotely

There is another feature that I've seen mentioned on the forums, and that is for some reason getting a massive amount of opposition - apparently on SiSi now it is possible to use a PLEX to give yourself an attribute remap.

People are bitching at the whole "OMG IM POOR WWWWWWAAAAAAAA" and "THIS GIVES PEOPLE WITH LOTS OF ISK AN ADVANTAGE WWWWWAAAAAAAAAA"

tbh they need to HTFU

According to rumour, this "is a render of the new sansha mothership".

If it is, it would seem Sansha's Nation want to take the turd-ship trophy from the Gallente

I hope it isn't... Sansha ships should have one large spheroid section and then a long body protruding from it, that is just a series of fat, turdy balls.
