Actually, I've been running the beta since I posted that message and I've had no problems with it

well, it won't display any of the icons on this site. That's a bit annoying. It also does something to the font, I think it makes it bigger and fatter and less distinct. And the RSS feed won't work. Yes, this is a beta, alright.

no, they don't. I can't even install flash. It's not only me who has this problem, either. But adobe doesn't give a sh*t, and there's nothing on it on the firfox support pages.

The second quote is sort of misleading, as it's about FireFox, not the IE beta. And I don't remember how that first problem got sorted, but I don't have those issues now (I can't even remember having them at all, tbh) so my point still stands. Also I can't change to the non-beta just yet, due to, er, nondisclosed reasons.

Lolcakes, I can't really use the second point can I, it just doesn't stand up to someone who actually reads it .

Either way you had beta issues at some point, and if you didn't have problems with the "genuine advantage", I would think you'd like to know the official version is available now.
