Well guys im having problem with BF2 and my ping. I dont have any other problems in any of games except BF2, So i was wonderign if any of you have any ideas of what might be making me only have a high ping on BF2 I know its not much info but i dont really have much to tell. ive not installed anything new and got no viruses or anything. So please help or i will never be playing BF2 with you guys ever again

Maybe the internet it just broke?

It happen to me a little while ago where my ping on THN was 400 instead of <70. Pest made me run a command promt task *god is it real; do i trust pest* and we found the internet was broke somewhere inbetween the uk and where thn is.

Teamspeak - Settings - Options - Sound Driver (switch from direct to wave, or visa versa)

Should be problem solved!

Mmm, but if you havn't installed anything new, then obviously it's a clash with an existing program..

Have you tried running BF2 with other applications on/off?

(as for why t.s, before I changed the settings, I'd lag out with 400+ ping, god knows why)

Also, it's merely a suggestion, no need to get tetchy

Check that your settings are at T1/1Mb and not 256Kb. If not then I would suggest just reinstalling BF2. You have the big massive patch so atleast you won't have to donwload that agan.
