So as some of you may know I have been experiencing troubles with my net connection recently... sod's fucking law that it should happen when I'm off work for a week on holiday...
I phoned up tech support tonight and within 5 mins my case had gone straight to tier 3 tech support - you know there's fuck up somewhere when that happens.
And, for those of you who can understand it, a recent traceroute I completed:
