the Private server is currently running in vs mode, there is now a separate config for it so i'll copy those over to the public as well so that can also be thrown into vs if we want

startup scripts are now start_l4d and start_l4d_vs i think names should be self explanitory the vs mode uses vsmapcycle.txt and vsserver.cfg in the default locations
