Left4Dead servers (Game modes)

Seeing as the new patch brought with it a new game mode (survival), and 2 "new" campaigns for versus, would it be possible for the current co-op server to be made into a survival one? (If not a whole new survival server entirely )

I have no objections to us running a full time survival server but I'd like to leave the final call on that to Iron Fist as he does the sterling job of keeping those servers updated so it's only fair he gets to call it.
