Well, in a game anyway. I found a lovely little game called Pandemic: Extinction of Man on Newgrounds. It's been out since February, so it's not that new, but it's still fun.
Basically, you're a new virus. And you want to infection the world, and then kill everyone. It's turn based; you choose your actions, end the turn, and it works out what affects you made as well as how humanity is trying to fight you. You gain points each day (depending on the number of people you are infecting) to spend on modifying yourself or attacking targets. You start in a single area of the world, and have to spread to others, before areas of the world develop a cure (meaning you can't infect them, or they will wipe you out of that area if you have already infected them).
I killed 100% of humanity in 82 days on my second try. It's pretty fun, if a little dark. Enjoy!
