Link to Profile from User CP

Hi there admins,
Just a quick question. Is there a direct "one-click" between the User CP and your profile? If there isnt then I think it'd be useful, as every now and then I want to see my profile and I either have to find a post by myself or go through the Members List.
Also, maybe a count of how many days that someone has been a member for would be nice on the profile.

Anyways, just a few thoughts I had.

An easy enough thing to implement, but it doesn't exist already. I've seen a simple UI mod for vB to do this, though, so I'll take a look more seriously.
