I find the links break sometimes, but removing the # and ! characters before the number fixes them. No idea why.

My immediate reaction to the thread title was 'Unreal 3 is on the Unreal Engine 3 already'
So, I looked at the comments, go figure somethings not right!

Epic needs to continue working on 3d asset integration, as it stands its not too hard to get from 3ds/maya to the UDK but it's horridly archaic for dealing with upgrading the assets or just doing any sort of tweaking.
They need to take a page out of the Unity engines' FBX integration. Using proprietary ACE files is causing my soul to fade into the abyss.

Other than that all those changes look good.
