Throwing this out there to anyone who isn't afraid of a little soldering and may have done something similar before.
I've a set of (expensive) Sennheisser PC-350 headphones that I like very much. Unfortunately there is a break in the cable preventing the microphone from working any more.
Has anyone ever managed to source and/or fit replacement mic/headset cables? If you have could you point me in the right direction?
I'd be interested in knowing as frankly I'm not forking out for another pair that have the same flimsy cable. These are over a year old and therefore out of warranty sadly.
