According to the guardian:

It cost a tenth of one per cent of Peter Jackson's epic, and was shot in Essex, not New Zealand. But Born of Hope, a full-length unofficial prequel about Aragorn's parents, has won rave reviews and been watched by almost a million people.

Not watched it yet so no idea if its good or not.

I tried to watch this on the trey, but it needs the latest version of flash player. Disappointed!

On a completely different note, the JRPG geek in me couldn't help but notice the 'dragon scream' noise at about 57 seconds is the same noise that Anima makes in Final Fantasy X. Incredible!
