Yep yep, Love, a co-op orientated MMOFPS-thingy is released at €10/month. I played it's beta a while back, and it was pretty fun. A little weird, very confusing, quite difficult to use, but fun. I imagine that if a group of THNers got together and made a settlement it could be quite cool, with proper planning and the whatnots. Not sure it's something I'm willing to pay for month after month, but still, there it is.

Edit - Oh yeah. It's got some weird account "features", but it does give you a "friend account" when you buy a month's online time. A friend account can only play when your main account is online, and will auto-join the same server as your main account. Still, if some people left the game running 24/7, I don't see this would really matter to people who are joining the same server anyway...

Looks interesting, but not sure I'd actually play it myself :)

I watched some video previews of it a while back and it looked very cool. Also, the fact that it's a one man indie project makes me want to at least give it a shot.

I didn't quite get wether you team up build cities together and attack AI cities or wether you build a city and destroy another players city.

Anyone who can help me?

It's all PvE. You build settlements with other humans. AIs build settlements too. You can attack AI settlements to get more tokens (weapons, building tools, tools to make your life easier, etc.), and every now and then AIs will attack player settlements (which you then defend). And by settlements I don't just mean "Put build X here.", you are shape the ground to your liking and build tunnels and shit as well. In the beta I made a floating fortress with a single elevator as the entrance. Take that AI teams!

That's the basics, though there is a lot more going on in game.

If you can, i can see PVP being stupidly unpopular..

So, looking at this, the game has no griefing protection of any sort? Dudes can just log in and destroy everything? gg.

There was some sort of "be-gone-amatron", to stop people just destroying your base, but I'm not sure exactly how it works
