In Cryo Sleep
As suggested I shall feed back what has been disscused in the officers meetings that applys to you guys.
This week there is alot of whaffel and rubbish that I can edit and some stuff that is officers only so these are the highlights
Tonight after a awsome raid night of both Maggie and Grull, we were celebrating the fact that we could fill a raid with all haven people.... bar the odd 2 this week but they were replacments so the can be counted. Progression is high.. mood is high... people are happy it seems.
We also disscused promotion of some of the trial raiders. This was the first time we properly sat down and went through the list. Appoligies to those who have had to wait to be proggression for some time..its not you its us but dont take offence if we act quicker in the future!
I noticed some people asking how they get promoted. The key is being a team player.. being nice... attending raids.. and surviving TS!!! We are crazy on there so we dont expect you all to be quite like us but a hello is good to give us a chance to know your voice. Those without mics just pipe up in /g and give us a wave. Its so hard somtimes to keep up with everyone so by making yourself know you have a better chance of standing out. We will bump you all at some stage. Either up or out with good reason. We try to keep it to a certain length of time but this may very slightly due to date of meetings.
We then had a quick natter about the overall progression.
The past few months have been a crazy mass of raiding... recruiting and developing. Our guild before, was stuck in kara for well over a year (driving people more insane than they already are!) so with the new injection of people and layout we have really tarted the place up. We have you all to thank. Its not only you who gets somthing out of joining us.. we get to do the things we have allways wanted to with people we enjoy and at a pace that moves faster than a snail! We hope to keep the Grull and Maggie runs steady and keep the newer members rockin' through kara while us oldies stretch our legs in ZA.
The last thing to say is that most of the officers are class masters. As in they are there to be your fountain of knowledge for the class. If you ask around im sure you will be pointed in the right direction!
Oh and were trying to get the daily heroic done everyday. Everyone needs the badges and cash so shout in /g if your thinking your up for it and gte a group. The officers should have posted in the guild note what the dailys are so there is no excuse for not knowing!! admitedly most people seem to surface after 5pm uk (work end time) so if your short on people in the day, try later on.
