Minecraft server a bit laggy ?

The last couple of days the server seams to be abit laggy even when no one is on. Is there any problems or is it just my computer ?

Yeah having to place blocks several times.

Btw if no on is on, how do you know its lagging?

Was laggy yesterday - lack of flashcache is hurting - happy to sort but will need to bounce minecraft.

We did it this morning. Flashcache should be back running so it should be a little more nippy now.
