hi im just wondering is it becuase of new people joining the guild that some of the freindship has been lost, as more people join it becomes harder to remember all of the people, and harder to talk in guild chat, i understand that we might need people to help get raids going some time but im just under the opinion that we proberly have filled these spots and when we are ready to raid fully agai that people will fill left out as more people join to fill the same old spots, this is just a opinion and not a critisim so please do not take it as one. by the way should we have a christmas party raid to a ally city?

Make an event for the raid and see how many sign up - you may be pleasantly surprised, we can advertise it in Guild aswell. Hell if you pick a time then I'll make an event for it using the in-game calendar.

Picking up on the new people filling spots...

In theory that would mean we'd have more groups running raids at once, wouldn't it? Also with larger raids it would give us more chances to go to them, when lazy/forgetful/busy buggers sign-up and then don't show up for some reason or other.

However, for this theory to work, it would mean there'd be more healers/tanks; and as we all know, everyone prefers to nuke the crap out of everything, meaning there's a distinct of available tanks and healers at times.

I have to say im not too sure wat u mean as in lots of new people joining and more raiding, but what i make of it is that i also feel like lack of guild atmosphere recently..i know i havnt been online a lot since wotlk i am trying my best, i have made a good appearance in the last week but i just think it didnt feel the same when i was online like it did when we were raiding ZA etc b4 wotlk came out :(.

I dont know wat to make of it and i cant really say anyting bad about recruiting more people for the guild when people feel that we need them. However I cant help but see recently when I log on that X has joined the guild..or when im talking in guild..and someone new pops up, Im like oh who else is that now lol..i thought it would be good for chit chat with recruiting a few people but with the large influx to the guild lately i dont think so, lately i think the guild community atmosphere we had before wotlk has faded and maybe others feel the same?:(

Alot of the guild atmosphere is on TS.

There are always lots of us on teamspeak and even if you don't have a mic you are always welcome to join and listen in.

There are multiple channels and you can even create your own (temporary) channels if you want something more private.

I'm not seeing why some people think there is a lack of atmosphere in the guild as I think it is excellent and although /g isn't active all the time when it is it is sometimes very funny :)

I guess part of the reason I don't see the apparent lack of atmosphere is because if i'm logged into the game then I'm (mostly) on TS too...

I generally dont talk much in /g or TS but I love the atmosphere in both and I think alot of new members fit right in.
Just read a few other posts and I must be completely missing something because I havent noticed any problems with the atmosphere in the guild, could be that im not raiding or on TS much but I havent noticed anything! I <3 this guild.
