As the title suggests! Just put two small cold cathodes in my case and the light is fluctuating a fair bit. My mate says it may be due to low wattage or something? My PSU is a coolermaster 520W, so not a cheapie at all. Could this lead to any problems? Because I don't want to depart with my lovely cathodes!

The solution with cold cathodes is usually pretty simple. Take them out and check them over before putting them in a perfectly designed container. They live outside and people with little to no qualifications come and collect them once a week.

Errr seriously those things draw very little power but it could be that when the PC is under any serious load that the things might fluctuate but they really shouldn't. I think unless it is lighting UV liquid cooling the cathodes look awful.
