For the creative sound card owners using vista, the best drivers to use are dan_k's hacked ones - they restore much of the functionality that was lost and bundle the alchemy software to restore EAX functionality. Creative recently forced him to stop releasing them but a quick torrent search will quickly reveal the download.

I use those with my Audigy 4 on vista and it seems to work fine, only slightly less functional than XP.

Creative have released Alchemy drivers for 3D audio/EAX effects for Vista today and are available on the website link given in 1st posting.
