Naxx
Naxx is very simple. Just go to the argent dawn. Assuming your honoured (not hard at all) Give them 60g. 2 Nexus Crystals. One Righteous Orb, And 5 Arcane Crystals.
The bank will be getting some Nexus crystals over the coming raiding days

Blackwing Lair
Not as simple , but easier than MC.
Go to Blackrock mountain , its easiest to go in the north entrance.
Turn right as you go in , and you will see a way to get onto the chain running up to the side of the cave.
Go up it , turn right and head to a balcony.
Once on the aforementioned balcony , you will see a portal to your left. Move towards it , but turn right , go down the passage, all the way to the end , where there is a named orc , and an orb. Kill the orc for the item to start the quest.
Do a full UBRS run job done.
