NSFW / Spoiler tags?

I might just be missing something stupidly, but as I was copy/pasting a huge list of bands into the Sonisphere thread, I realised I could only avoid making an enormous post with the NSFW / Spoiler tags?

Is there any way to make tags like those... customisable? So instead of it reading NSFW / Spoiler it would say "here is the band list?" etc?

If not then the obvious fix is just making sure to write it in plain sight that it's not my porn stash. It's definitely only a minor problem, I was just wondering if it could be done?
