Is it me or are we reaching an all time low in the amount of people who play BF2 every week or more?

Actually no it's not just you. There is a core group but it would be nice to see a few more peeps on midweek.

A lot of the inactivity is down to personal commitments, exams, coursework, etc...

It's nobodies fault but it is a little concerning.

Yeah - im not blaming people for not showing, Im just saying that I think we need to get some fresh meat - some more hardcore gamers like me n Twisto who stay up all night everynight until 1 - 2 am playing BF2 when Twisto starts work at 6 Nutter

Alot of us have exams, etc coming up but it does seem weird to me that people that are regulars in clan matches I never see online playing bf2... I don't wish to cause offence by naming names but there are about 5 people at least on the clan roster here that I cannot recall having ever played with at any time other than in clan matches...

Phryxus I believe has some massive exams coming up and I've played bf2 with him several times.
I played BF2 with Killcrazy not too long ago, and he also has to maintain the technical side of THN.
I believe Buffalo is mighty busy, I remember someone saying.
I played with Hotstuff no less than a week ago.
And DocBot is busy curing diseases and at this moment in time is a 4 hour journey away from his PC with faulty RAM.

Those players are picked on their high skill levels and clan match experience.

Most of them also have commitments at the moment, Phryxus and Buffalo (BTW Buffalo rarely plays on publics with us, he's just awesome in a tank) in particular.

HS and KC only really need to practice together as they are a chopper team but I dunno how frequently they do so at the moment?

Docbot plays online all the time when his RAM isn't playing up.

Il put my hands up and say I am one of them. I used to play BF2 every night continuesly but I am currently doing other commitments and gaming comes last im afraid.

There is a lull at the mo, Lynx. People are off playing the time consuming Oblivion, desgining maps or like Bambi said, preparing for exams.

But don't worry! Oblivion won't last forever, maps get finished (eventually ), and exams come and go .

The bottom line is that PhatBambi decides the best team for each clan match. He obviously has his own reasons and methodology for his decisions and rather than continue with idle speculation I suggest if you want to know more that you ask him privately or start a thread in the private BF2 section.

I just wanted to know when we will be able to fill a whole server and have a team i.e USMC as THN - lol

I play (pretty late) every night with you guys usually, However thats the only real time I can play as Im studying from 6:00 - 10:00 on weekdays, got my highers in about 4 weeks time :O.
