Just wondering do any one know how to get the Commentary books. You get the 1st and 2nd but i need to find the 3rd and 4th but i cant find them. So if you can help me that would be grand

About the third book:

The third book you get in the Imperial City from First Edition as part of a quest you're given by one of the Blades. I coerced it out of some Wood Elf who was trying to buy it.

And then the fourth...

The fourth is then available as a follow-on quest in the sewers with the aforementioned Blade. You end up killing one of the Mystic Dawn guys to get it.

In short, they're quest items.
