I see Pia's thread on the Ninja game and the 'thats an old game, but fun!' replies hes getting and it reminded me of ... Soldat! Soldat (aka 'That Nub Game' by Bart) is a downloadable, multiplayer side-on shooter, think of it like worms with a pulse. Basically, you make a char (very basic), join a game and start the fun! At the start of each game (and every time you get killed, annoyingly) you can choose from a selection of ~10 weapons including the Ruger, MP5, Dual Desert Eagles etc. and secondary weapon such as the SOCOM or a rocket launcher and join the melee! There are several game types, but only a few are permitted in the free version. The graphics are basic, yet fun, and the action is all fast and neat.
Sure, youll get bored of it after 15 minutes but its worth a quick blast if you're downloading something or listening to music.
