Follow these easy steps to obtain some of the finest loot you have ever seen...
1. Attain level 65
2. Go to the Laughing skull ruins in Nagrand
3. Bring 9 friends with you, who are of a similar level
4. Pick up and start 'Ring of blood' quest
5. Buff up to the max
6. Say a quick prayer
7. Kill a very very tough Elite boss
8. Go back to step 1 and repeat until the 5th boss is dead
9. Kill the last boss again (He is a Shamen, and he will rez himself)
10. Obtain loot from the quest giver
Simple eh.... You wish.
Each boss gets progressively harder to beat, with the final encounter being as difficult a fight as Varimathis (UBRS).You must have at least 2 good tanks, and only the tanks can receive the healing of the 4 healers you cleverly brought with you.
