One Album everyone must listen to!

After the relative success of my One film thread, I'm trying to expand my horizons when it comes to music. I currently have about 22GB of music and I want to increase this so I'd like people to throw some awesome albums in here that they really like.

Also is a good thinking exercise to do. I say one album but if you feel the need to post 100 then that is fine by me.

For me, I gotta recommend R.E.M- In time- Track 17 my new favorite song ever (Listened to it for the 1st time 3 days ago- 125 listens and counting) The rest of the album is also very good.

For any metal heads S&M from Metallica, a truly great album.

Following your recommendation of Californication Bob, I must recommend Stadium Arcadium, also from the Chillis. Truly Great Album.
