I agree on there not being many choices. It felt like a single main choice each day; I imagine (without checking) that it was a fairly straight-forward decision tree. That said, it was a concept game and I felt it was pretty successful for the 10 minutes I gave it.
I succeeded in finding a cure but it looked pretty much like everyone else died. I feel it had a sort of arty poignancy from successfully translating the question, even in simple form, "what would you do?" into an interactive form.
And yeah, you can get round the lack of replayability, but I think that's kinda not the point...
