I saw that the other day. I'm really not sure why they are making such a big deal out of a robot that can solve faster than a human. I'd make the assumption that was the case from the get go.

Agree on the robot thing, if a robot couldn't do it faster than a human I'd be disappointed in technology; especially considering all it has to do is recognise colours and then apply a standard solving algorithm.

As a side, I got this baby for Christmas from my bro. Holy hell is it difficult to solve, more about speed and rotation than remembering algorithms.
