Okay, so we have a Kinship up and running on LOTRO.
Its name is "The Haven". (I am SO Origional).
For now, im going to make every THN member an officer. Do your best to get other THNers included, its a very social game, perhaps even more so than WoW.
I'll be spamming a Macro that goes something like this :
"The Haven Net online gaming community is setting up on LoTRO. We are a friendly, mature community of gamers always looking for new members. If you would be interested in joining us as we begin to develop and explore in LoTRO, please contact (Your name here) or Tingham. Thanks for reading, and have a nice day".
The best place to do this is in Regional (type /regional).
Also, for people who dont know how to talk in kinship its /k.
The Kinship wont get alot of Perks as of yet, but one thing we DO have (I think
) is an internal auction system.
Basically the way this works is that you can post auctions for Kinship members only. If you do this, please do it at rockbottom prices, so we can all get gearing. The first auction houses are at about level 15 or so.
After 3 months (jesus). We get a guild house with..... pwoar...a banking system (it would be awesome if this was available immediately, but one has to wait for nice things).
As for where we are going : no big plans yet. Lets keep it slow and steady , and friendly. The first instances are the barrow downs ones imbetween the Shire and Bree-land between level 20 and level 25.
As our tank, ill be pausing there to let one or two peeps catch up, so we can run them together.
Anything else? Oh yes.
Please be nice to the two players who have joined us from the game. They are basically putting time into helping us and im extremely grateful.
