PCT rules to Accounts?

I know what rules goes for PCT (Paid Character Transfer) to another realm.

But I've also seen a check-box for PCT to another account, and I cant find any rules for it.

Any of you peeps know? If you do, plz, DO tell...<Insert post here!>

Nevermind...... my tired head found some info bout it.....

[Transfers between accounts are only allowed between one account where you are the owner to another account where you are the owner. To initiate an "account to account" transfer, you will have to answer the 'secret question' for each account, and the last name of each account holder must match.]
