I've tweaked a bunch of weird-ass permissions around the forums to make them more uniform and to reduce angles of abuse (not that much of that was happening anyhow, but better safe than sorry).
Registered Users should not notice any difference, so if you now can/can't do something you used to be able to do then please let me know (assuming you can

- the Shoutbox is not available to users who haven't logged in or activated their account.
- the only post-allowed forum for guest users is Hey Admins, though guest users can still read all the public forums.
- users who haven't yet activated their account will have their posted placed into a moderation queue for every forum except Hey Admins.
