Play Finder - when did you last update your profile?

For those who haven't yet seen it, check out Play Finder, THN's handy utility to help you find people who play the same games as you.

Of course, if you have checked it out then you'll know it works off the games you've added into your Games You Play profile.

That's all well and good... but those profiles are meant to be kept up to date. If you don't keep that part of your profile up to date then you'll find, after a couple of months (technically, 60 days) that your name no longer appears in the list, by default. Sure, people can change the settings to see more or less names (read: more fresh or more stale information) but you've got to bet that most people use the defaults.

So, if you're reading this, go check your profile. Make sure the games on there you're still interested in playing with THNers. If you're not, take 'em off. If you're interested in something new, add it on.

But, if you're absolutely happy with your list and you just want to say "yep, all still good" then click the "Save Changes" button anyhow! That'll update your profile with all the same information and bump you up the list to boot.

Or you'll not appear on the list. And that'd be a shame, wouldn't it? :D

Updated mine recently too. How about a PM every 60 days, or when you're wiped off the list to remind you to update it? It could be automatic of course!

I am well aware of the logic behind minesweeper. Such logic is lost in minesweeper flags, where you are rewarded for clicking randomly, rather than thinking. This is my issue.

I enjoy regular minesweeper too, and besides with the invention of F2 in that clicking random works nicely :)
